Sex Education
Although it is not a legal requirement in Church of England Aided Schools, the Governors have decided that Sex Education should form part of the curriculum. Our view is that Sex Education of good quality helps to prepare children to cope with the physical and emotional challenges of growing up, giving an elementary understanding of human reproduction. The programme of Sex Education is planned as part of our on-going schemes of work. Copies of the Governors’ policy on Sex Education are available from the school office.
